| Originally I am from Liverpool, England. I came to the
U.S. as a teenager arriving in Norwalk, Connecticut. I married a young lifeguard and moved
to Los Angeles. I went into the real estate field in 1975. The market then was extremely
"hot" with prices escalating and a great number of my sales were to buyers
looking for investment properties. I enjoyed great success from the beginning and knew I
had found my career. |

clients and felt I was helping people in what even the most successful and prominent
people felt was a nerve-wracking experience. |
| Our dream was always to move to
Northern California . My husband had even a greater dream. He wanted to move to Northern
California and live on a lake. We found exactly that here. The beauty of this area is that
we have something for everyone. We have homes on acreage, homes on golf courses and lakes
and ...... Our greatest asset is that our location here is so incredibly ideal. We can be
enjoying Reno or North Lake Tahoe in 90 minutes or flying out of San Francisco
International Airport in two and half hours. You can be skiing in just an hour yet you are
not shoveling snow as we are below the snow level. We have it all so come and check out
the area. Like us, I know you will fall in love and think it is the ideal place to raise
