His Background:
David was born in San Francisco, was raised throughout California and has visited
every state in the Union. He was Student Body President of St. Francis HS in Mountainview,
California, and graduated from West Point. He bought his first rental property while
stationed in Hawaii, and attended graduate school at Stanford while building 4 homes in
Oregon. He returned to teach at USMA and married Nancy Lovvoid of Astoria, Oregon. David
then entered corporate business as Marketing Manager for semiconductor companies in
Silicon Valley. He purchased investment properties in the Bay Area using 1031 exchange
techniques. He discovered the Auburn foothills and turned his real estate investment hobby
into a successful third career.
